Miss. Niaz is a people, strategy and public relations professional with experience spanning human resources management, corporate governance, sustainability and stakeholder engagement. As Manager at NRL, she contributes to strengthening people practices, employee engagement and wellbeing, and community development.

Prior to joining NRL, Miss. Niaz served in the Chairperson’s Secretariat of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), where she gained experience in corporate governance, regulatory affairs, sustainability and institutional stakeholder engagement. At NRL, she is particularly engaged in advancing people-centric and community-focused initiatives that support responsible resource development and sustainable value creation in Balochistan. She holds an MBA and is passionate about developing people and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous growth.
